Affiliate Program Terms

1. Overview

The Cashify Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring buyers to businesses ("Sellers") that sell products, services, or communities on Cashify. When a buyer makes a qualifying purchase through your unique tracking link ("Affiliate Link"), you may earn a commission set by the Seller.

2. Eligibility

To become an Affiliate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid Cashify account in good standing.
• Accurately complete the affiliate application process for the specific Seller you wish to promote.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. How You Earn Commissions

3.1 Commission Rates

Commission amounts and structures are determined independently by each individual Seller (the "Affiliate Offer"). Rates may vary between Sellers and products. Sellers reserve the right to change their commission rates at any time. The rate in effect at the time a qualifying purchase is made will apply.

3.2 Tracking

You must use your assigned Affiliate Link for us to track referrals. We cannot guarantee tracking or attribute sales to you if a buyer fails to use your link, uses an ad blocker, or clears their cookies.

3.3 Payouts via Stripe Connect

To receive commission payouts, you must complete the Stripe Connect Express onboarding process and maintain a valid Stripe connected account. Payouts are processed by Cashify through Stripe according to Stripe's standard payout schedule. By becoming an Affiliate, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Cashify is not liable for any actions taken by Stripe, including account suspension, transfer restrictions, or termination of your Stripe account. If your Stripe account is restricted or terminated, your payouts will be paused until a valid account is reconnected.

3.4 Commission Holds and Reversals

Commissions may be subject to a hold period to account for potential refunds, chargebacks, or dispute resolution before they are cleared for payout. If a referred sale is subsequently refunded or results in a chargeback, the associated commission will be reversed and deducted from your account balance or future payouts. Fraudulent referrals will result in immediate forfeiture of all related commissions.

4. Your Responsibilities and Restrictions

As an Affiliate, you agree to the following rules:

• FTC Compliance: You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., "#ad", "As a Cashify affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases") in close proximity to your Affiliate Link, in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines or other applicable local laws.
• Truthful Representation: You must represent Cashify, the Sellers, and the promoted products truthfully. You may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.
• No Impersonation: You cannot represent yourself as the Seller, claim ownership of the products you are promoting, or pretend to act on behalf of the Seller.
• Keyword Restrictions: You may not use paid advertising (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads) bidding on keywords that include "Cashify", "Cashify discount", the names of specific Sellers on our platform, or misspellings of these terms, without prior written approval.
• Appropriate Content: You may not place Affiliate Links on websites or content that contains illegal material, adult content, violence, hate speech, defamatory material, or intellectual property violations.

5. Taxes and Relationship

5.1 Independent Contractor

Your participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Cashify or you and the Seller. You are an independent contractor.

5.2 Taxes

Because Cashify processes your payouts, you are required to provide identity and tax information through Stripe (e.g., W-9) as required by law. Cashify or Stripe will issue necessary tax forms (such as IRS Form 1099) where required. You are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and paying any applicable taxes on commissions you earn through the program.

6. Termination and Adjustments

6.1 Adjustments

We or the Seller reserve the right to reverse, adjust, or withhold commissions in the event of refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.

6.2 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Sellers may also independently revoke your affiliate status for their specific programs at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using your Affiliate Links.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Earnings Guarantee

We make no representations or guarantees regarding the amount of money you may earn through the Affiliate Program. Earnings depend entirely on your efforts, the market, and the products you promote.

7.2 "As Is" and Third-Party Services

The Affiliate Program is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashify disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the program or tracking systems. Furthermore, Cashify is not responsible or liable for any loss of income, payout delays, or other issues arising from the actions of third-party service providers, including Stripe.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page or by notifying you via email. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
